On the other hand, some of the photographs were captured, by using standard camera settings. Sometimes it’s just about finding the right subject matter. I try to look for the overlooked or unusual when I’m composing abstract ideas.I love abstract photography. In the images above, yes, some of the rules were broken, and even some of the photos were lucky mistakes, but most of the images were done with a specific method in mind to produce the photograph. Long exposure times were used in some of the compositions, along with different filter and camera settings, such as using a macro lens.In a nutshell, Abstract Photography is the process of using colors and shapes and/or patterns to produce a photo that has no clear subject matter. There are no rules to abstract photography. Photographers are allowed to break the rules of proper composition and accurate focusing.
